POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an integral member of the radio station’s administrative support staff, the Receptionist position requires an outgoing personality and professional but friendly demeanor, ability to be flexible and multi-task in a busy atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an extension of the sales and operations teams, assisting with proposals, sales research, and creative guidance.
- Collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers, traffic teams, and sellers to organize assets needed for digital campaigns.
- Provide sales/marketing support across radio stations and digital media platforms.
- Assist in organizing marketing solutions for clients and ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, client needs analysis, and pitches.
- Conduct market research using tools like Dstillery, Ad Mall, and SEM Estimates to help define campaign objectives and strategies.
- Perform various administrative tasks and run errands as needed.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring all tasks are completed with attention to detail and within deadlines.
Pre & Post Sale Support:
- Support the launch and execution of digital campaigns, coordinating with the creative team and clients for approvals.
- Monitor campaign performance and create reports to track results and optimize strategies.
- Gather and organize campaign details such as targeting, geo-location, and audience segments for execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
- Assist in upselling opportunities and help identify ways to enhance client campaigns.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, conducting regular check-ins to review performance and deliver insights for optimization.
- Communicate campaign insights, report metrics, and recommend next steps for clients.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field.
- Experience in marketing/advertising and sales support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with digital tools and platforms like Tapclicks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License required for running errands.
