If you are one of those people who loves snow, well congratulations. We are about to get some here in the tri-state.

According to the National Weather Service:

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Monday night into Tuesday morning for portions of the Quad State which are forecast to receive mixed precipitation including an inch of snow and sleet accumulation and a light glazing of ice. Impacts will be focused on slippery roads, bridges, and sidewalks.

From this evening into Tuesday morning across much of the Quad State, snow and sleet accumulations up to 1 inch and a light glaze of icing will cause slippery road conditions. Further north, a burst of light snow around an inch (or two for the Evansville area) is possible, but travel impacts will be limited.
