
Mick Foley Celebrates Santa’s Candy Castle’s 90th Birthday
WWE Hall of Famer, and Santa Claus fan, Mick Foley, stopped by Santa Claus, Indiana, earlier this week.
If you are from southern Indiana, you have either been to or have heard about Santa Claus, Indiana. Whether you are visiting Holiday World or any of the other various attractions, Santa Claus is full of holiday cheer. In fact, Santa Claus, Indiana, is also home to the nation's first themed attraction, Santa's Candy Castle. Santa's Candy Castle Celebrates 90th Birthday with Mick Foley
Santa's Candy Castle is celebrating its 90th birthday in 2025. To commemorate its 90th anniversary, Santa's Candy Castle will host a celebration on December 22 from noon until 7 pm. Guests can enjoy 90¢ specials throughout the castle. This week, the historic candy shop had a special guest stop by to celebrate the big 9-0. Mick Foley!
That's right, Mrs Foley's Baby Boy was right here...in Santa Claus! You might also know Mick as Mankind, Dude Love, or Cactus Jack from his time in the WWE, WCW, and ECW. Foley gave us so many memories from his infamous Hell in a Cell match with the Undertaker to the time when Mankind celebrated the Rock with the hilarious This Is Your Life Celebration. What about the time Mick became the first (and only WWE Superstar) to enter the same Royal Rumble match three times? He truly had a hall-of-fame career, and is loved by everyone!
Foley has visited Santa Claus, Indiana, several times in the past. In fact, one of the three times I met him was in Santa Claus. So, why does he come to Santa Claus? Well, Mick Foley is a massive fan of all things Santa Claus. Not just the town, but the jolly guy in the red suit. He's an official Santa Ambassador.
This week, Ole St. Mick visited Santa Claus and made it a point to stop by Santa's Candy Castle to help celebrate its 90th birthday. He even took the time to post this special video on social media:
You heard it! Foley plans on being back to celebrate Santa's Candy Castle's 100th birthday! Hopefully, I will be there at that time too! However, the likelihood of him visiting Santa Claus, Indiana, before then is very high. Running into Mick there would surely mean that you will have a nice day!
