Card Collectors Won’t Want To Miss This Evansville Event
I Blame My Husband For My New Love Of Baseball Cards
Card collecting isn't just a hobby. In today's world, it's a hustle! My husband loves his Major League Baseball, well, anything baseball, really. In the past couple of years, he's become quite the card collector. For the first year, I thought he was crazy. Then I started to understand the hype when I had to buy all things baseball-card-collecting for his Christmas gifts. Nowadays, we practically have date nights with our baseball cards. For me, the best part is the fun of opening a box full of cards from decades ago, a box that's barely been touched and/or has never been opened. The thrill is in possibly getting that one-in-a-million collector's card. I haven't ripped open that dream yet, but with events like this weekend's Card Con, there's hope for us all!
Southern Indiana's Largest Card Show Returns This Weekend
It's the largest card show around, and this isn't just about baseball cards. From 9 am to 6 pm, collectors of all things cards can get their groove on at The Hobby Den's Card Con. Admission is only one dollar, and kids 12 and under are free. Sports cards, baseball, football, basketball, Pokemon, TCG, collectibles, non-sports cards, and more! If you collect any form of card, you do not want to miss this event!
